Privacy policy

Short version: we collect only what's needed to deliver fruit and invoice for it, we don't sell or share your data for advertising, and you can ask us to delete it anytime. The longer version follows.

1. What we collect

  • Order and delivery details: your name, phone number, delivery address and any delivery instructions you give us.
  • Lead and contact forms: name, phone, and optionally your company name, email, preferred meeting time and message.
  • Billing records for companies: company name, billing contact, delivery history and invoice/payment records (a legal bookkeeping requirement).
  • WhatsApp messages you send us, which live in WhatsApp under WhatsApp's own terms — we don't export them anywhere.

We do not collect payment card data (we don't take cards yet), and this website currently runs no advertising trackers.

2. What we use it for

  • Preparing and delivering your orders, and contacting you about them.
  • Invoicing companies and keeping the books straight.
  • Replying when you contact us.
  • Telling you about your own service (a skipped day, a Ramadan schedule change). We don't send marketing blasts without asking first.

3. What we never do

  • Sell your data. To anyone. Ever.
  • Share it with advertisers or data brokers.
  • Spam you or add you to lists you didn't ask for.

4. Where it lives and who can see it

Order and lead data is stored in our database (hosted on Supabase) with access restricted to the small Fruit Now team that needs it to run deliveries and billing. Delivery staff see only what a delivery needs: name, address, phone.

5. How long we keep it

Delivery and contact details: for as long as you're a customer, plus a short period after. Invoice and payment records: as long as Pakistani tax and bookkeeping rules require. Lead-form messages that go nowhere are cleared out periodically.

6. Your rights

Ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — one WhatsApp message or an email to support@fruitnow.pk does it. We'll confirm within a few working days. (Records we're legally required to keep, like issued invoices, are the only exception.)

7. Cookies

This site works without tracking cookies. If we add analytics later, it will be privacy-respecting, and this policy (and its "Last updated" date) will say so before it happens.

8. Changes and contact
